I’m Dr. Nicole.
Women’s Realignment Coach.
My journey is layered, lived, and still unfolding.
For years, I showed up for everyone but myself. At some point, I asked the question that changed everything.
“What would my life look like if I stopped and sat in my truth?”
That truth led me here.
In Her Season began during a time of personal realignment. I was redefining myself, letting go of relationships that were no longer right for me, and reconnecting with my own rhythm as a woman learning to listen to herself again.
Peace. Honesty. Self-respect.
This space is my invitation for you to do the same.
Why In Her Season?
In Her Season was created during a period when I began paying closer attention to how I was moving through my own life. I had spent years meeting expectations, staying productive, and showing up consistently, while rarely giving myself the same care or consideration I extended to others.
As I slowed down, I started to notice how deeply ingrained it is for women to keep going, even when something feels off. Pausing is often treated as weakness. Rest is framed as indulgence. Taking time to reflect is seen as unnecessary. That mindset never aligned with what I was experiencing internally, and it certainly did not support the kind of growth I wanted to sustain.
In Her Season grew from my understanding that life unfolds in cycles. There are periods of clarity and periods of uncertainty, moments of expansion, and moments of release. Each phase carries meaning, and none of them are meant to be rushed or bypassed.
This work reflects my commitment to moving with greater awareness and intention.

You’re not just reading my story. You’re living your own.
Maybe you’re somewhere between letting go and leaning in. Maybe you’re standing right in the middle of your season, deciding what to carry forward and what to release.
Either way, I’d love to hear from you.
This space is rooted in connection. If something here resonated, feel free to send a note. Say hello. Share a piece of your story. Or simply let me know you’re here.
I send thoughtful updates a couple of times a month.
